Dear Patients We would like to thank you for your patience, loyalty and understanding since the practice was forced to close for face-to-face care due to the Covid-19 pandemic in March. As such, we will reopen our practice from 16th June 2020 on a gradual and phased basis seeing those patients in pain or with dental emergencies first, before starting to welcome those patients with outstanding treatment and then those whose routine appointments have had to be postponed in recent weeks. We will have to limit the number of people in the building at one time and so we ask that you please do not attend the practice without a prearranged appointment which will be confirmed to you by telephone. If you have any questions or queries please do call us and a member of our team will be very happy to discuss the situation with you. If you have a dental emergency, please follow advice stated on our answer machine.
We would like to reassure you that our team are following all guidelines that will keep you and us as safe as possible. We have always had the highest cross infection control but due to Covid-19, we have made further adjustments. • We have placed hand sanitizer that we will ask you to use when you enter the practice • We no longer offer magazines, children’s toys and so forth, since those items are difficult to clean and disinfect. • Appointments will be managed to allow for social distancing between patients. That might mean that you are offered fewer options for scheduling your appointment. • Our friendly reception team will contact you the day before your appointment to talk you through what to expect before and during your appointment and to confirm that you are well enough to attend the practice • We will do our best to allow greater time between patients to reduce waiting times for you, as well as to reduce the number of patients in the reception area at any one time • We ask patients not arrive without an appointment; you are welcome to contact us via telephone or email. • We ask all patients to attend the practice wearing a face mask • Our toilets will be out of use for the moment. We look forward seeing you all soon

We will make you and your family feel as welcome as possible. We take all the time to listen and to understand your needs, whilst helping you to make healthy choices about your oral health.
